So I love food, but I can’t really cook.. this is my lone contribution to the world of the culinary arts. I wrote the text and took those pictures in the Hyatt Recipe Collection. It’s only available to regular Hyatt diners at the restaurants of the Hyatt Regency Dubai, Grand Hyatt Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai (I love this hotel, and the wonderful chef of Thai Kitchen, a lovely woman from Yasothon!), and to VIPs of the hotel. The rest of you can buy my other book that’s about to go to print, a nice little travel/design/culture ‘guidebook‘ to Singapore (ETA Feb 2009).
fortylove.tv is about to go live (next week! – and buy TODAY next Friday, we’re in it), I’m going to write a few more books, and I’m going home to the Mother Land (India) for an episode with the Amazing (Autorickshaw) Race. This year has been good, if a little too busy. I also found I’m apparently in the running for ‘top 12 gay women in Malaysia and Singapore’, and if I erm, actually get in, I might be… a calendar girl (gay version of a pin up calendar: a moleskine planner for charity!), so this year has been a little strange, too.
