On/Off Road

October 29th, 2008  |  Published in general, travel  |  7 Comments

I haven’t had much time to catch my breath. The last three weeks in Dubai have been about book-writing, book-completing, more book-writing, book-shooting, car trips, road trips, camping trips, and… up next, Turkey and London trips.

I love the Middle East.

Fluffy dice and long car rides,
Somewhere in Oman - The Drive

Camels threatening to stick their heads into our jeeps,
Somewhere in Oman - The Scenery

Grown up camping trips,
Somewhere in Oman - The Bonfire

Sleeping with my feet to the Hajar Mountains, and my back to the rocks,
Somewhere in Oman - Hitting the Ground

… finding out this is how this city builds, builds, and builds.
This is How We Build

I've never been to any deserts and I like city lights. I gotta say you've got nice photos here. Cool!

Oh, and the camels? I think they're watching the camera when it was taken. I like it. =)
