I just came back from Nepal on FlyYeti (think I'm probably the 1st Singaporean to try it)... I think it's quite a hassle. They will cancel their flights & give u just 24 hours notice via email (they don't call international numbers). They will also happily reschedule their flight time from morning to night without informing passengers (I only found out when I called up the KTM office to postpone my flight)... I end up gotta buy extra tix / postpone tix to KL due to all the flight changes on FlyYeti. But I guess they're trying to improve their service gradually... When I flew there in early March, there's no drinks & the only inflight entertainment was some arabic music during takeoff. Food choices are limited to sandwich, fruit cake, soft drinks & mineral water. But when I came back in end April, they give out free mineral water (500ml) & u can watch silent hindi show from a small screen...
