Funny Southeast Asian Ads Featuring Ghosts

December 1st, 2007  |  Published in general  |  1 Comment

Following a conversation I had over drinks at The Apartment with the KL girls, two weeks ago, in one of the rare moments we were actually talking about something fit to print (i.e. not about Taiping, lesbians, tennis, sandwiches, or all of them combined). If you know any more of such ads (funny + southeast Asian + ghost or supernatural element), share!

Malaysia: Proton’s ad (no subtitles sorry, though there should be no shortage of translators on this site), which should win some kind of award for just being.. so.. unabashedly Malay. (thanks to Lola :P)

Followed by an incredible ad from Thailand (subtitles included), so incredible it blows my mind every time I watch it.
