With everything around us flying at such breakneck pace these days, what gives when you have a bits of loosely related information floating about at the back of your head?
For example, reading a geek joke – veni vidi VC, I came and saw and conquered a Venture Capitalist.
Then think of The Hives’ Veni Vidi Vicious at the same time. And spot a picture with the caption “viscous fingering” (EWW).
That left me bugged by the disturbing thought: veni vidi viscous, I came and saw that it was viscous? Ewww.
