I’m Not Dead

I’m just applying to US grad schools. Same same but different!
No travel, no drama, no new things, everything is going according to plan or exceeding expectations, and I’m happily going through the motions of preparing to complete my undergraduate existence within the next 8 weeks. Grad school applications are a bitch, but it’s time I got myself a proper education after 4 years of a rubbish one.

You are coming to the US for graduate school?! I am so excited! I read your blog every day. We should be friends. _ Let me know if you need any advice about schools or regions to live in the US.

Awesome, come on over to the US! I’m sure you will like it, especially if you’re the outspoken and adventurous type!

Sweet. Good luck getting in the school you want. What schools are you looking at?

=) Thanks guys. I’m applying to several schools and programs (I’m ashamed to print them here as there are too many ivy leagues, haha), but I want to go to only one of them.. Columbia Graduate School of Journalism. New York baby!!

I applied to Columbia for urban planning graduate school and they did not accept me :( I am sure you will have no problem getting in, though! Your work is fantastic!

Do check out the specific academic programs at the schools thoroughly, or you might just be in for a great letdown. I’m at USC for my undergrad education, and just sitting in class rots my brain 80% of the time.
Cheers.
