Beside Me

mr and mrs tan

There are some things we never say enough, especially to the people who are around you all the time. I owe my rockstar brother a great deal. He sang two songs tonight at the wedding dinner—songs he’d written ten years ago. The twelve year old me used to sit around him while he wrote songs, and strum a bass guitar hopelessly (he thought I could be D’arcy..). We went to gigs on weekends, sometimes the ones he played in; I grew up quite literally in the mosh pit. Those were the best days of my formative years, and Adrian is the best brother one can ask for (even though he bullied me and practised his World Wrestling Federation moves on me): now that he’s gotten himself married and has moved out, I actually miss him. At least one of us is doing the marrying thing! Thanks bro!

I felt stress when ppl ard me got married. I saw my ex-classmate (From primary sch) the other day.. Omg, he was holding two kids. His wife was carrying another baby gal which sum up to 3 kids.

    WTF?

That is a really really nice photo. Captures the aura of romance! Did you take it?

Yes, it’s true that there are some things we can never say enough especially to those whom we love more than anything in the world.

Nope, his photographer took it (I’m terrified of wedding photography). :)
