mrbrown pointed out a fantastic video. A Malaysian Chinese rapper from Muar recorded a fab rap in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, Malay, and English. The part in Mandarin is about Singapore ââ¬â and this person says what we feel in just a couple of phrases. Spot on.

‘æËâçšâæÅâ¹Ã¥Ââ¹ My Friends Kawanku’ is the best damn thing!! I’m amazed I understand the whole thing, except 50% of the Malay ââ¬â though my conservative Teochew side is still a little shocked to hear such a vulgar phrase in my mother tongue for the first time.
