So I got off the bus, went over to KLCC, tucked into my Assam Laksa, fried chicken and sago gula melaka at Madam Kwan’s… and the guy are the next table says, “Are you Adri? I read your blog.”

:)

Aeroline is worth the extra I paid for ââ¬â with the electrical outlet next to my seat, I managed to watch one episode of Grey’s Anatomy, five episodes of Battlestar Galactica, and got to go to the toilet whenever I wanted to (onboard restroom). Being able to watch Battlestar Galactica (Boomer! I love you!) alone was worth the extra S$24 (S$47, compared to the usual fare of S$23).

Happy Diwali!

You’re probably more recognizable than some of our lesser TV celebrities.

… and proceeded to talk a lot of cock. Fame of any sort gets the better of me. There was lots of forehead slapping subsequently :-D

Hope you enjoyed your dinner, and your stay here (wish I said that instead).

I love the nasi bojari at Mdm Kwan’s. And I love Boomer too, though I love Apollo far more.

I love Boomer and Starbuck, for obvious reasons. They’re so hot! And Madam Kwan’s nasi bojari as well. Yum.

squee To be perfectly honest, as season 2 rolled along, I decided that I love Number 8’s Caprica incarnation more than I love the Galactica ‘Boomer’ version.

And I love Starbuck, but when you get to season 3 (or even the end of season 2) I bet you will be so torn between loving her and wanting to shake her, hard.

Madam Kwan’s Nasi Lemak rocks! Rather expensive tho :P Check out the park/running track near Trader’s Hotel. Tranquility and great view in middle of bustling city leh :)
