Happy Haze Are Here To Stay

October 16th, 2006  |  Published in general  |  3 Comments

Pardon if this is the hundredth Singapore or Malaysian blog you’ve read about the haze, but…

Happy Haze Are Here Again

I woke up this morning, stepped out of my house, and couldn’t see very well. I thought I was in Darjeeling again. Except that it’s not 8 degrees, I can’t see the Himalayas from Clementi or the ECP, and… my respiratory system must be wonky because if not for the people complaining about the haze, I wouldn’t have known about it. I’ve spent too much time in PSI >300 cities and frankly haven’t been too affected by it, other than how weird it makes my city look.

wow, that’s one of the best haze pics I have seen. Do one of the sunset, Adrianna, they have been amazing lately.

And I know the Nokia contraption may not suffice, but since I have seen your veritable treasure chest of cams, I KNOW u are the girl for the job!!!

Well, the Nokia contraption shot that :) out of a moving taxi. I’m planning my ‘haze city’ series, mornings and sunsets ââ¬â KL next!

Himalayas - no kidding! I keep thinking it looks cold cold cold, too, but then you step outside. I haven’t noticed nice sunsets - who can make out a sun?
