Malaysia to Fine Offenders of “Poor Speech”

October 10th, 2006  |  Published in general  |  9 Comments

In other news, our neighbouring country has decided to fine “offenders who mix Malay and English”, and a special unit will be set up to weed them out. (I’m not making this up.)

Mampos!

1 sen says Singapore will set up a unit to catch Singlish offenders who violate our national language of English and all of us will be the first to be detained. Because Malaysia boleh, we also boleh.
