What You Wish For

Our rickshaw stopped at a traffic light, and just as Z. was thinking that she needed a new watch (hers just stopped), a man holding a handful of watches for sale came up to our rickshaw.
On another occasion, I was having a miserable time in a train, thinking that I needed chai. At least 3 chai-wallahs appeared within the next 5 minutes.
So we were sitting in a rickshaw in Agra, and as it stopped at a junction, two little boys showed up by our rickshaw and tried to sell us a chick for 10 rupees.
It begged the question: were you thinking about chicken, or were you thinking about chicks?

It doesn’t beg any questions at all! Can’t be selling a young chick to you - you look young yourself…
N u dun look the paedophile type - or do you??!!! haha

I think she previously randomly mentioned that she doesn’t go for sweet young things (ie, girls of a younger age)
My mind tends to pick up random details, heh

Ha. Mostly unrelated, but Ballsy and I spotted a VAMPIRE PORN book today that was written by “Poppy Z. Brite”. I have pictures. Heh.
But I bet you were thinking of chicks.
