		<description>From my own experience I can tell you that Vietnamese air-conditioned berths are much the same: freezing! Especially if you're in one of the upper beds.

But at least I didn't have menstrual cramps or a weird stomach at the time, so I guess I was lucky after all. Hope you feel better soon.</description>
