“An Arkansas law banning foster parents from having adult “homosexuals” living in their households is now under review by a state appellate court” (story here).

Nothing to be shocked by, but apparently the definition of a homosexual is: “any person who voluntarily and knowingly engages in or submits to any sexual contact involving the genitals of one persona and the mouth or anus of another person of the same gender.”

Yikes. We learn something new everyday. Does this mean sufferers of Lesbian Bed Death (most likely to be parents first), are exempt from being classified as homosexual? Or that straighties who “experiment” are now, by definition, homosexual without their knowledge?
